Out-of-State Judgments
Domestication of a judgment refers to the process of bringing a judgment obtained in another state against a person or corporation with assets in Florida to the state of Florida for enforcement.
Parenting Plans
A parenting plan is required in all cases involving time-sharing with minor children, even when timesharing is not in dispute and must be developed and agreed to by the parties and approved by the court.
