Relocation is a change in location of the principal residence of one parent from their principal place of residence at the time of the last order or filing to establish or modify timesharing arrangements.

Child support is an essential aspect of co-parenting and is designed to prioritize the child’s well-being and provide them with the resources they need to thrive and lead a healthy and stable life.
